The ongoing battle over whether CBD and hemp derivatives are legal for food and food additives may finally be in the process of getting resolved. The new Congress has reintroduced a bill to make such things legal which would answer a very large gray area in the CBD world where laws governing such usage are vague, inconsistently enforced and quite troubling for those making and selling edible CBD products.
